How we use TikTok
- You log in with TikTok on TikTok's own screen and can connect several accounts.
- Before each post you see the account name and choose the audience yourself. There is no default.
- You decide whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed, and disclose promotional or branded content.
- We read only the account's name, picture and posting settings, and send only the video and caption you choose.
- Removing an account revokes our access at TikTok and deletes its tokens.

- Every user has a workspace fully isolated from others.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to give you my account passwords?
No. Accounts are connected on the platform's own screen (Google, Facebook or TikTok), where you approve only the permissions needed. We never see or store your password.
Which platforms are supported?
YouTube channels, Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts (Business or Creator) linked to a Facebook Page, and TikTok accounts.
How does posting to TikTok work?
Before every post we show the TikTok account it will go to. You choose who can view the video, whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed, and disclose promotional content when it applies. Nothing is posted without your explicit choice.
What happens if a post fails on one account?
Every account gets its own result. If one fails the others continue, temporary errors are retried automatically, and you see the reason with a retry button.
What do you do with my files?
Files are used only for the publishing you asked for. They are deleted from our servers automatically 3 days after a successful post, and you can delete them sooner.
How do I disconnect an account or delete my data?
On the Accounts page you can pause or remove any account; its access is revoked immediately. To delete your whole account and data, email info@urmall.org and we complete it within 30 days.
Is it free?
Yes, during the beta. If paid plans are added they will be announced in advance, and you will never be charged without your consent.
