Terms of Service

1. The service

Postlane is a service at social.urmall.org for scheduling and publishing videos, images and posts to social media accounts the user owns or is authorised to manage. By using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

• The details you register with must be accurate, and you must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account.
• Every user has a private workspace. No user can see another user's accounts or content.

3. Connecting platform accounts

• Accounts are connected on the platform's own screen through its official APIs. We never ask for or store the password of any platform account.
• Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• You can pause or remove any account at any time; its access tokens are then deleted from our systems.

4. Content

• You own your content and are fully responsible for it. We publish it only to the accounts, at the times and with the settings you choose.
• Content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property or privacy, is misleading, or is spam is prohibited.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of every platform you publish to, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service and its policies on promotional content and music, and Meta's terms.

5. Limits of the service

• Publishing is subject to each platform's restrictions, daily limits and decisions. A post may be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control; we show the reason when it is available.
• Each account has a storage and file-size limit, and files are deleted automatically after the period described in the Privacy Policy.
• The service is currently in a free beta. Paid plans may be added later; they will be announced well in advance and you will never be charged without your consent.

6. Suspension

We may suspend or close any account that breaches these terms or abuses the service. You may ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by contacting us.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by delayed or failed publishing or by decisions of the platforms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above will change, and we will notify you inside the service of any significant change.
